CECON often acts as the Prime Consultant and Project Manager on multi-discipline Civil/Structural and Building Projects. We assemble the Design Team from our in house staff, supplemented with outside expertise not available with our firm. Our services include communication with the client, co-ordination of the design team, project tendering and construction supervision.

The engineering staff of CECON have undertaken various civil/structural and building projects throughout the province. The Civil/Structural design requirements may be steel or reinforced concrete structures. Some of the building projects involve the design of new facilities while others involve the retrofitting, modernization or expansion of existing buildings.
